The German students and their teacher had a two-week autumn break! Some of us stayed at home and enjoyed relaxing, some even went on holidays. This is what we did...
I (the teacher) spent most of the time at home. There were classtests to correct... But I also went on some nice trips: For about 5 days I was at my mum and dad's close to Bonn (about 160 km north of Eltville). There I met my family (for example my sister who has three children) and some old friends from school. We also went hiking and shopping in Cologne, one of the biggest German cities not far from Bonn.
Last Saturday I was in Dortmund and visited a football match in the stadium. Borussia Dortmund beat Cologne 5-0, so I enjoyed the match very much because I'm a Borussia Dortmund supporter.

Hi I'm Sinem and I'm going to tell you something about my autumn holidays.
ReplyDeleteLike mrs. Hirdes I was the most time at home, but it wasn't so bad...
In the first week I was at home, where I looked after my little niece. She's one year old. On Saturday I was on my cousin's wedding in Berlin. It was beautiful and very nice. There was a big and delicious layer cake. ;)
In the second week I looked after my niece again (You've to know: I LOVE my niece <3). On Monday my wishdom teeth were pulled :(
On the last two days of the holidays I learned for the Latin test.
P.S.: I know, that I had to write about my partners holidays, but we mixed up our notes, so I can't write about his holidays...Sorry :(

ReplyDeleteIn the first week of my holdays I was at a horse ranch. I stayed there with 2 friends, it was really funny ;)!! I love it there <3
In the second week I stayed at home and went shopping and to the cinema with my friends.. :)
